The thing you are giving is already at the Windows-10 personalizer setting. What people are looking for is that how to change welcome screen? lock screen and welcome screen two different things. But I'm sure you don't know it. More

I don't recommend it. I had to use the command prompt in the Repair screen because the Changer caused my computer to malfunction. I couldn't get into my login screen at all. More

locked me out of my computer just shows a black screen with my cursor, have to wipe the computer and start over!
